Lesbian & Bisexual Women

Making contact, or breaking the ice is not all that easy for most of us.
Here, in Dyfed Gay Support Group we provide a telephone helpline and a Drop-in Centre where we aim to offer a wide range of support and information.

If you are new to the area, or just coming out, and dealing with the reactions of family, friends, or children, or experiencing any problems relating to your sexuality, you can call in confidence, or arrange to meet with us at the Drop-in Centre.

We recognise the isolation which many of us feel, particularly in such a large rural area, and can offer befriending support, access to social events, and information about other groups and organisations.  We aim to promote our own regular social events in the future, and are always open to new ideas !

So, if you want support, information, the possibility of befriending, or just a listening ear, we’re here to help.  Where we can’t give an immediate answer we know where to look or we can help you to make contacts elsewhere.

Calls to us, and visits to the Drop-in Centre, are entirely confidential, and you can remain anonymous if you would prefer to.  There’s a WARM WELCOME FOR ALL.
